This is the easiest cheesecake in the world to make.
It is a no bake cheesecake, and it’s really good.
Here is what you’ll need.
In a mixer with your whisk attachment, take 1 large package of cream cheese (softened), 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and whip together.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Let chill overnight.
You can serve this with a cherry topping if you like, but we like it just like this.

Kelly!!! I’m loving the Cooking section to. I’m going to try the cheesecake and the beef with mushroom soup. I might use Ricks deer meat with that. (not the cheesecake, the rice. hahaha)
